What is covered
Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product. Contact support with your order details, photos and a description of the fault.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear, misuse or accidents, water damage outside product specifications, and improper installation or handling are not covered by the manufacturer warranty. These exclusions do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
A note on duration
The current store policy does not publish a universal warranty duration. Product-specific support should be confirmed before purchase.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in our returns policy limits these rights.
