When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed.
How do I track my order?
Orders ship with Australia Post and include tracking. Tracking details are usually emailed within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
What are my Australian Consumer Law rights?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in our returns policy limits these rights.
What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
For a faulty item, Paw Finity Pets offers you a choice of refund, replacement or repair. Email hello@smartpetco.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos or video can help us assess it. There is no 7-day reporting limit for faulty or damaged goods. Your consumer guarantee rights are not restricted to our change-of-mind return window.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping costs are non-refundable. These conditions apply only to change-of-mind returns, not claims under Australian Consumer Law.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Allow 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
What warranty is included?
Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product. Contact support with your order details, photos and a description of the fault. The current store policy does not publish a universal warranty duration. Product-specific support should be confirmed before purchase.
How often should I replace fountain filters?
Most fountain filters should be replaced every 2–4 weeks, or more often in multi-pet homes. Check each product page for details.
Are automatic feeders suitable for dogs?
Many of our feeders suit both cats and small to medium dogs. Check the capacity and portion size on each product.
Do self-cleaning litter boxes work with any litter?
Most work best with clumping litter. Each product page lists the recommended litter types.
What prices do you show?
